We empower participants by addressing barriers to employment and training opportunities.
Our program provides specialized support for participants in their job search journey, facilitated by our team of employment specialists. These specialists act as guides, leveraging their expertise to help participants identify employment opportunities that align with their skills, interests, and proficiency in English. They also offer guidance on navigating online job searches and crafting effective resumes tailored to potential employers' needs. Our employment specialists maintain strong connections with numerous local employers, regularly sourcing information about job openings in the community. When participants secure interviews, the employment specialist offers preparatory assistance, conducting mock interviews and reinforcing lessons from our Job Readiness Workshops.
